Die Wohnung befindet sich am Anfang des Fesenfeldes. In der vierten Etage, zum Hinterhof gelegen. Es gibt ein helles Zimmer und eine mittelgroße Küche. Flur und Balkon sind von beiden Räumen begehbar. Das Bad hat eine Dusche, WC und ein Waschbecken.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und ruhig und doch super zentral gelegen.

Zur Lage:
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und zentral gelegen im Viertel. 2min zu allen Supermärkten, ein Kino ist um die Ecke und Bar's und Café liegen ebenfalls in der Nähe. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig, weil sie zum Hinterhof gelegen ist. Der Balkon sowie Küche und Zimmer sind nach SüdOsten gelegen.
Ich suche eine/n Zwischenmieter/in vom 15.6.2015-30.02.2016, da ich aus Berufsgrunden aus Bremen für diesen Zeitraum weg muss.
Sie liegt sehr zentral und doch sehr ruhig im Herzen des Viertels.
Balkon, Küche und Zimmer sind nach Süd-Osten gelegen.
