unfortunately I have to move out from my beautiful flat since I am going to the states for at least one year to work on my Ph.D..
The flat is 56m2, 3rd flor and the rent is 385 all inclusive!! There is a separate kitchen, a hall, a bathroom, a storage room and a big bright room.
The flat is renovated, 20 m from bus stop N:27, 50m from bus stop N:28 (University), 100 m from bus stop N 25. Aldi, Lidl and Rewe are around the corner (50 m). If you are a biker like me, the university is 15 minutes away. Same story for the Viertel or city center!The flat is fully furnished and unfortunately I can rent the flat only to those willing to buy my furniture as well! A huge leather couch, kitchen utensils, big bad, wardrobe, shelfs, and many many more! A big cellar is also available to store the bike and everything
