Da ich demnächst zwei separate Auslandssemester antreten werde suche ich eine/n Untermieter/in für meine schöne, möblierte Wohnung in Findorff.
Hierbei kannst du meine Wohnung entweder lediglich für das erste Semester von September 2021-März 2022 beziehen (Einzug evtl. auch schon Mitte August möglich) oder darüber hinaus sogar bis Mitte September 2022 falls Bedarf bestehen sollte.
Die Warmmiete liegt bei 500 Euro zzgl. Stromkosten. (Ich bezahle dafür knapp 40 Euro pro Monat)
Als Kaution nehme ich 770 Euro.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein helles Schlafzimmer (ca. 20 qm), eine geräumige Küche, ein saniertes Badezimmer mit Waschtrockner, einen Flur mit integriertem Wandschrank für mehr Stauraum und einen Balkon in Richtung des ruhigen Innenhofes.
Ebenfalls steht dir ein Fahrradständer im überdachten und abgeschlossenen Innenhof zur Verfügung.
Meine Möbel würde ich gerne größtenteils dort lassen und dann ganz individuell mit dir vereinbaren, welche Möbel du nicht benötigst und ich demnach aus der Wohnung entferne.

Since I'm going to attend two separate semesters abroad I am looking for a subtenant for my furnished flat (~40mq) in Findorff.
I offer the possibility to either rent my flat from September 2021- March 2022 (eventually you could move in mid august already) or beyond that until mid September 2022- if you'd wish to.
The rent adds up to 500 Euros plus electricity cost. (I pay round about 40 Euro monthly for power)
The bond is 770 Euros.
My flat consists of a bright bedroom (~20 qm), a spacious kitchen, a renovated bathroom including a washer- dryer, a hallway with additional storage space in form of a build-in wardrobe as well as a quiet balcony.
Furthermore you can make use of a bycicle rack in the courtyard.
I wish to leave most of my furniture but if there is anything you would wish me to remove we can most likely make terms with that.
Die Wohnung liegt ganz Zentral in der Hemmstraße.
Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind endlos mit mehreren Rewe Filialen sowie Aldi, Lidl und Penny in der Straße.
Zu Fuß bist du in 15 min beim Hauptbahnhof.
Drei Buslinien sind innerhalb von maximal 5 min zu erreichen.
Solltest du über ein Auto verfügen kannst du in den anliegenden Nebenstraßen problemlos, kostenfrei parken.

The flat is situated quite central.
You find endless grocery opportunities within a short walking distance.
It takes you 15 min to reach the Central Station by foot.
Furthermore there are three bus lines within a walking distance of max. 5 min.
If you have a car you will be able to find a parking spot in the neraby side roads quite easily.
