Die Wohnung liegt in der 4. Etage, der Aufzug fährt bis in die 3. Etage.

It is equipped with a bedroom, a separate kitchen and a bathroom on 40 square meters. All rooms mentioned are fully equipped. 
In the bedroom you also have access to a 55 inch Samsung Ultra HD TV to provide a bit of home cinema atmosphere, a big bed with 140x200cm.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, washing machine, microwave and of course a refrigerator. 
In the hallway as well as in the bedroom there are built-in cupboards to store the things you bring with you.



The apartment is on the 4th floor, the elevator goes up to the 3rd floor.



In the immediate vicinity you will find everything you need for living. Whether Kaufland, hairdresser or train station, everything is within walking distance. A general practitioner is even in the same building.
In addition, the tenants have their own parking space in the courtyard. However, if you work at the Mercedes-Benz plant, you can reach it in just a few minutes and leave your car there.



If you have longer car journeys ahead of you, you can reach the A1 motorway in only 4 minutes. Via the motorway it takes about one hour to get to Hamburg or Hanover.
