I’m looking for a new tenant or subtenant for my apartment in the student residence “THE FIZZ”.
Basic information:
- one-room apartment (fully furnished)
- about 18 square meters
- ground floor
- balcony (shared use)
- garden (shared use)
- underground parking space can be rented extra
Available from: 01.03.
Contractual minimum renting period: 6 months until 30.09.24 (rent duration can be extended)
Rent: 678,00 € (including incidental costs, electricity, internet, furniture, service fees)
The apartment will be renovated on 25.01.24 (see pictures above). It includes:
- new bed + mattress
- new table + desk chair
- new curtains
- (tv)-sideboard
- new lamps
- kitchen (cooking plate, sink, cutlery insert, countertop, kitchen fronts, splash guard)
The apartment will be rented ONLY to ONE person. Students, pupils, trainees, young professionals are preferred; however, the decision is up to the landlords.
