I would like to sublet my one bedroom apartment from the second week of September 2019 to the second week of April 2020 (end date is non-negotiable).
The apartment is part of the Studierendenwerk (student housing) located at Luisental 29C, with one kitchen and a single bathroom, it is 16 m2.
Furniture is included with the apartment and I'll be leaving kitchenware (cups, pot, pan etc...) that can be used and some bedding material (blanket, bed sheets and a small pillow). There is a bed with mattress, desk, two shelves, one office chair, one chair, a small table and two large storage cabinets in the kitchen (for clothes and kitchen supplies).
*The computer, two monitors and printers are NOT included with the room*
Cleanliness and accountability must be important to you.
There are no pets allowed and no smoking in the rooms.
I have 4 plants in my room that you must be able to take care of, if you are unfamiliar with plant care I can easily leave you some simple instructions.
The rent is currently €250 with a €350 security deposit. A sub-lease is set up through Studierendenwerk. The rent is inclusive of all heat and electricity charges but the radio fee is NOT included (the radio fee is 17.50€ per month, required for everyone and they will contact you when you register with the city).

- Line 4 (to the city center) Horner Mühle: 7 minutes (takes 25 minutes to get to city center)

- Rossman: 5 minutes
