Da ich in den Sommersemesterferien auf den See Praktikum mache, möchte ich zwischen 13.06. und 07.10.2019 mein Zimmer (18m²) untervermieten.
Es handelt sich um ein 1-Zimmer Apartment im Erdgeschoss im Studentenwohnheim Luisental Straße, in Horn.
Es gibt eine kleine Küche mit 2 Herdplatten und ein Kühlschrank. Das Bad ist ausreichend und das Zimmer ist möbliert.
Die Miete beträgt und ca. 256,00 € warm (einschl. Strom, Internet…) und es muss eine Kaution von 350,00 € hinterlegt werden.
Du musst eingeschriebener Student sein um einziehen zu dürfen. Daher bring bitte deine Immatrikulationsbescheinigung und deinen Pass/Ausweis mit.
Die erste Miete und die Kaution erhalte ich bei der Schlüsselübergabe. Das Angebot und der Preis beziehen sich auf volle Kalendermonate.

In the summer semester break, i will be at sea for my practice time, so i would like to sublet/rent my room (18m²) from 13.06.2019 to 07.10.2019.
This is a 1-room student apartment on the ground floor in Luisental Straße, in Horn.
The appartment has a small kitchen and bathroom with WC. The room is furnished.
The monthly rent is € 256.00 (including electricity, internet ...) and the deposit is € 350.00.
You have to be a registered student to rent this appartment, so you need to bring your immatriculation certificate and your passport with you when we making rent aggrement.
