Ein sauberes und einfaches Anwesen, perfekt geeignet für alle Studenten oder jungen Berufstätigen, die eine Unterkunft in Bremen suchen. für einen unbefristeten Mietvertrag oder einen Untermietvertrag

I am moving out of my private single studio apartment to other location but my contract here is valid till sept 2020 and therefore looking for a new student tenant from june 2020. Also I can offer for anyone who needs till sept with out contract and rent can be negotiable in this case.

The single apartment is fully furnished and equipped with a living and sleeping area, bathroom, and modern kitchenette. The apartment is for 1 person and is about 25 sqm in size of rent 515 euros inclusive all

The apartment building is directly opposite the University of Bremen and is also in front of a tram and a bus stop (Universität-Süd).

The staff and reception team are very friendly and helpful. In the basement there is an underground parking garage, a laundry room with 8 washing machines and 4 dryers, a drying cellar and a bicycle storage room.
