Hallo,
Ich habe eine tolle Wohnung im 3. Stock im Studentenwohnheim the Fizz ab dem 1. Oktober bekommen. Das Wohnheim ist sehr modern und liegt quasi neben der Universität, guckt es euch gerne im Internet an. Die Wohnung würde normalerweise 537€ monatlich + einmalig 200€ Servicegebühr kosten. Da ich jedoch am Tag der offenen Tür und den Frühbucherrabatt bekommen habe ist der Preis 20% geringer.
Nun kann ich in diese schöne Wohnung nicht einziehen, weil ich mich beim Fußball schwer am Knie verletzt habe und somit für lange Zeit nicht alleine wohnen kann. Deshalb suche ich einen Nachmieter, der bestenfalls auch zur Uni geht.
