Ich bin tatsächlich etwas flexibel was den Einzug und die dauer angeht. Die Kaution beträgt 100€ als kleine Sicherheit ;).
Die Küche hat keinen ofen aber dafür hab ich einen Elektrogrill und eine Mikrowelle, zwei Herdplatten und ein Gefrierfach (auf den Bildern ist etwas Chaos in der Küche, musste los zur Arbeit - sorry dafür).
Die wohnung ist super schön und mega zentral gelegen und hat einen kleinen Balkon.
Das steintor ist in der nähe. Die bahn 2,10 und der Bus 25 sind gleich in der nähe. Rewe, Netto und Rossmann sowie einige Schnellrestaurants und „normale“ Restaurants sowie Bars sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Ich habe eigentlich keine Vorraussetzungen die du erfüllen muss, außer das du nett bist und natürlich pfleglich mit meinen sachen umgehst und dich um meine Pflanzen kümmerst :)
