Hey ich vermiete mein 20 m2 Apartment im Studentenwohnheim Emmy von Januar bis Juli, da ich zu dieser Zeit ein Auslandssemester mache.
Das Apartment besteht aus einem geräumigen Raum mit einer Küchenzeile (Spüle, Herd, Kühlschrank) und einem eigenen Badezimmer. Es ist vollständig möbliert (1,40 m Bett, mehrere Regale und Schränke, ein Schreibtisch + Stuhl) und ich würde bei Bedarf auch Küchenutensilien wie Töpfe, oder den Staubsauger etc. dalassen.
Besonders praktisch ist die große Fensterfront, durch die die Sonne während des Nachmittags hereinscheint (und man abends den Sonnenuntergang beobachten kann), sodass der Raum schön hell ist. Zum Abdunkeln gibt es Verdunklungsrollos und eine Verdunklungsgardine. Außerdem wird mit einer Fußbodenheizung geheizt.
Im Emmy gibt es einen Raum mit ausreichend Waschmaschinen und Trocknern sowie einen großen Fahrradkeller und einen Fahrstuhl.
Hey, I'm renting out my 20 m2 apartment in the Emmy student residence from January to July, as I'm spending a semester abroad during this time.
The apartment consists of a spacious room with a kitchenette (sink, stove, fridge) and a private bathroom. It is fully furnished (1.40 m bed, several shelves and cupboards, a desk + chair) and I would also leave kitchen utensils such as pots and pans or the vacuum cleaner etc. if required.
The large window front is super nice, you get sunshine during the afternoon (and you can watch the sunset in the evening). There are blackout blinds and blackout curtains to darken the room. There is also underfloor heating.
Emmy has a room with sufficient washing machines and dryers as well as a large bicycle cellar and an elevator.

Die Lage ist für Studierende perfekt: Direkt am Campus der Universität Bremen, nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß von der Haltestelle Lise-Meitner-Straße oder 5 Minuten bis Universität-Süd. Zur Mensa oder zum Zentralbereich sind es ca. 7 Minuten.
Zum Einkaufen gibt es fußläufig innerhalb von 3 Minuten einen Aldi, oder 3 S-Bahn-Stationen weiter einen Rewe. Bis zum Bahnhof braucht man mit der Linie 6 ca. 12 Minuten, den Bürgerpark und Unisee erreicht man sogar noch schneller.
The location is perfect for students: directly on the campus of the University of Bremen, just a 2-minute walk from the Lise-Meitner-Straße stop or 5 minutes to the stop Universität-Süd. It is about 7 minutes to the canteen or the central area.
There is an Aldi supermarket within 3 minutes walking distance, or a Rewe supermarket 3 tram stops further on. It takes about 12 minutes to get to the train station (taking the tram 6), and the Bürgerpark and Unisee can be reached even faster.

Wichtig ist, dass das Studierendenwerk nur Studierende als Mietende zulässt, du musst also immatrikuliert sein und dies nachweisen.
Du würdest dann einen Untermietvertrag bekommen, der offiziell vom Studierendenwerk akzeptiert wird.
In der Miete von 332 Euro ist bereits alles inklusive (Strom, Wasser, Heizkosten, WLAN).
Außerdem haben wir hier einen super netten Hausmeister, wenn mal was sein sollte.
Das Auszugsdatum ist erst einmal der 30. Juni angesetzt, da wäre ich aber nach Absprache etwas flexibel.
Ich freue mich auf eine ordentliche, saubere und zuverlässig Person, die nicht raucht.
It is important to note that the Studierendenwerk only accepts students as tenants, so you must be enrolled and provide proof of this.
You would then receive a subletting agreement/contract that is officially accepted by the Studierendenwerk.
The rent of 332 euros already includes everything (electricity, water, heating costs, Wi-Fi).
We also have a super nice janitor here if anything should go wrong.
The move-out date is initially set for June 30, but I would be a bit flexible by arrangement.
I am looking for a clean and reliable person who does not smoke.
