I'm here looking for the new tenant to take over my room in the FIZZ. The room is self-contained studio, the high-quality furniture, private kitchen, and bathroom as well as internet access are available. The rent contains everything. I would like to specify some comments for my room and the FIZZ. The photos on the website, except for some personal decorations, are real. It's well furnished, but the size is a little bit smaller than in the photo. I love my view looking out from my room. The French window let me enjoy the view of the garden and small river so much. The best thing is the on-site house managers. They are very kind and helpful to solve your problems. Also, they help you to collect parcel, so you don't need to wait for it all day. In case you need anything, you can borrow it from the reception, even a guest bed. Furthermore, they pay much effort to hold events from time to time. It's really warm.
The FIZZ is right next to Uni-Bremen and Universität süd tram/bus station. It's really convenient to take the frequent tram 6 or other buses to downtown. There are many options for bus to go any where. In 3 minutes walk, there is a Aldi. 5 minutes by tram 6 is the REWE. If you're the student of Uni-Bremen, perfect. You can wake up at the last minutes and be in class on time.
Both washing and drying machine are provided and paid by the electrical system (PACO). Also you can hang your wet clothes in the drying room. There are parking places for bike and car. You can throw your waste and recycled items to there organized containers. There is a nice BBQ place at the garden.
