Hallo!
Meine Einzimmerwohnung ist ab dem 1. Oktober frei. Es liegt in 3 Minuten Fußweg zu der Bushaltestelle (Nr. 90, 91, 92), 7 Minuten Fußweg zum Bahnhof Lesum. Das ist eine perfekte Lage, wenn man Jacobs Uni erreichen will. Das Bremen-Zentrum kann man von Bahnhof Lesum in 12 Minuten erreichen. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und ruhig, in der Nähe befindet sich der Knoops Park.
Ein paar Möbel kann ich nach dem Umzug liegen lassen (oder werde es mitnehmen, wenn ihr die Wohnung leer bevorzugt). Es gibt auch eine Menge Platz im Keller, wo Sie Ihren Koffer oder Ihr Fahrrad stellen können.
Miete: 245 Euro + Strom (Ich zahle in der Regel 30 Euro monatlich, also für die Wohnung insgesamt 275 €). Bei Interesse schreibt eine E-Mail an der Adresse olga.sazonova @ hotmail.com
