Die wohnung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass sie super zentral ist, man jedoch gar nichts von draußen mitbekommt. Man lebt bisschen wie in einem Schlossturm.
Ein weiteres Merkmal der Dachgeschosswohnung sind die Fenster zur Südseite wodurch schönes Tageslicht reinkommt. Individuell angepasste Rollos verhindern, dass es zu hell/heiß wird.
Zudem ist im Winter die Wohnung angenehm warm auch wenn nicht geheizt wird durch die unteren Wohnparteien.
Das Badezimmer der Wohnung ist vom Hausflur aus begehbar.

Die Verkehrsanbindung ist perfekt. An den Hochschulstandorten ist man in 5 min zu fuß, in die stadt 15 min zu Fuß. Die Bahnstation Theater am Leibnizplatz befindet sich wenige Meter von der Wohnung entfernt (Bahn 4 und 6 fahren dort regelmäßig). Trotz der genialen Anbindung ist die Wohnung teils abseits von dem lauten Straßen/Bar getreibe und man hat seine Ruhe bzw. Bekommt nichts von dem Lärm mit.
