The apartment is completely new. It has its own kitchen and bathroom as well as working table, a shelf, one-person bed and wardrobe. The room has Internet connection. You can also use my cutlery.
Washing machines are at the building and are free to use.
Outside of the window, there are construction works which are almost done now. However, sometimes they can be loud when the window is open.
25-30 mins by bus/tram from the city center. 30-40 mins by bus from Uni. A shopping center with REWE, Rossmann, Action, Apotheke, DHL, Hermes and some nice cafes is only 3 mins on foot away.
Accommodation is possible only for students. Please write me here indicating the time you want to stay in the apartment.
We will sign a simple contract. Meldebescheinigung is not possible
