ich vermiete meine wunderschöne 35qm Zimmer Wohnung von August 2018 bis Januar 2019. Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar zentral in der östlichen Vorstadt du brauchst zum Bahnhof und der Innenstadt ca. 5-7 min ins Viertel wo du wunderbar was trinken kannst ca. 10 min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die in der selben Zeitspanne zu erreichen sind, sind Aldi Edeka, Netto oder Lidl.
die Wohnung kostet 320 kalt 86€ neben kosten also insgesamt 406 € warm plus 35€ Strom. Falls du Internet habe willst würde es 19,99 € anfallen, ist aber kein muss
Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden sowie nette Nachbarn.:)
