Da ich demnächst ein Jahr im Ausland verbringe, suche ich für meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Bremen Schwachhausen eine/n Zwischenmieter/in vom 01.08.18 bis zum 01.07.19. Die Wohnung ist 25 m2 groß und befindet sich im 3. OG eines Altbaus.
Die Miete beträgt 395 € inklusive Nebenkosten. In den Nebenkosten sind enthalten: Heizung, Wasser- und Kanalgebühren, Treppenhausreinigung, Gehwegreinigung, Müllabfuhr, Strom, Internet. Strom und Internet werden über meinen Namen weiterlaufen. Die Kaution liegt bei 500 €.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert und verfügt über eine Kochnische mit einer Pantryküche sowie über ein Duschbad. Die Li. 4 ist zu Fuß 3 min entfernt und die Li. 1 und 22 ca. 10 min. Ein Netto ist keine 100 m entfernt.

Due to a year abroad, I´m looking for a subtenant for my 1-room flat in Bremen Schwachhausen. The flat is available from 01.08.18 till 01.07.19. It has 25 m2 of living space and is located on the 3rd floor.
The rent amounts to 395 € including ancillary costs. The ancillary costs contain the following: Heating, water and waste water, stairwell cleaning, pavement cleaning, rubbish collection, electricity, internet. Electricity and internet will be registered on my name. The deposit amounts to 500€.
The flat is furnished and contains a kitchenette and a shower bath. The tramway line 4 is 3 minutes away by foot and the tramway line 1 and bus line 22 about 10 minutes. A Netto supermarket isn´t even 100 metres away.
