Ich gebe zum 1.9. meine Wohnung auf und suche dafür einen Nachmieter.
Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock. Von einem kleinen Flur gehen Küche, Bad und der Wohnraum ab. Der Wohnraum ist 27 qm groß, sodass man viel unterbringen kann.
Große Fenster sorgen für viel Licht in der Wohnung.
Auch der Ausblick ist wunderschön, obwohl man sehr zentral wohnt, schaut man ins Grüne.
Die Wohnung geht nach hinten raus, sodass es auch bei offenem Fenster ruhig ist.
Die Haltestelle "Hollerallee"(Linie 1 und 4) ist direkt vor der Tür. Zum Stern (Linie 6 zur Uni und Richtung Flughafen), sind es fünf Gehminuten.
Zu Fuß sind es 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof und 15 Minuten in die City.
Auch das Viertel ist nur ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt, der Bürgerpark 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
