The apartment is furnished with a desk, table, bed, shelves, stove, microwave, fridge, freezer etc... The size of the room is about 18 to 20 m2. The apartment has a view on the garden and a side view on the lake. The Fizz administration offers alot of services such as cleaning equipment for rent for free, bicycle parking space, storage space, 24/7 security. The administration also organizes parties and events for the residents to get to knw eachother and meetup.
About 250m from Uni and close to several companies such as SIEMENS. Tram 6 station is right infront of the door with a direct connection to HBF (train station), domsheide(city centre) and the airport. There is also a bus station right infront of the building with connections to most parts of town. There is a cafe/conveience shop in the premises with all basic necesities and food at cheap prices. Rewe, Netto and a couple of banks are 3 and 4 stations away and the park is 5 min walking.
This place is ideal for students or young professionals who want to live in a place on their own but at the same time have alot of fun ppl to hangout with in close proximity. I leave in March to go Berlin for an internship and my contract is until september, so I need to find a substitute.
