Nice single apartment with super central location

Since I leave Bremen for a little while I am subrenting my apartment.
The apartment is a little part of a nice-old style big house, and it is on the very last floor.
There is one big principal room with two windows to the ouside, which is a very nice sky vision. There is a small kitchen, and own bathroom.
Trams 1,4 and 6 pass by no further than 5 min away by walking. Rewe and Neto are the closest supermarkets but the city center is only around 10 min away biking distance.
Just aside the corner is the Burger Park, and the Hauptbahnhof is 4 stations away with any Tram.

The total rent per month would be 295 Euros, including internet which is shared with one of the house neighbours. Since I would leave all the stuff for the kitchen and the room, I ask for a kaution of 250 euros.

I want someone no smoker or that just don't do it at home.
So, if you are interested write me an email (No text messages nor whatsapp please, my celphone is not working properly), tell me who are you, where are you from, what you do you do here, etc. Emails with: ''I have the money give me your room'' will be completely ignored.
If you are a non EU student then be aware that because of being just a subrent, no city registration with this address is possible for visa purposes.
