Ich suche ab sofort einen Nachmieter für meine süße 2-Zimmer Wohnung im Souterrain eines Altbremerhauses mitten im Viertel.
Sie besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit Pantryküche, einem Schlafzimmer und einem verhältnismäßig großem Duschbad. Eine kleine Terasse zur alleinigen Nutzung gehört ebenfalls mit zur Wohnung. Waschmaschinen stehen zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung.
Die Miete beträgt 300€ kalt + 80€ Nebenkosten + ca. 30€ Strom.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße des Bremer Viertels. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars sind schnell fussläufig zu erreichen.
Innerhalb weniger Gehminuten erreicht man die Weser, das Schnoorviertel und die Innenstadt.
Die Haltestellen Wulwesstraße und Sielwall sind ebenfalls in ca. 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Von dort aus kommt man innerhalb von 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof.
