1Zi-Wohnung im Viertel 1-Zimmer, Küche, Bad, Abstellkammer, Flur und Balkon. Die Wohnung hat ca. 40m² und ist in der 3. Etage eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Keller vorhanden. Die Schönhausenstr. liegt im Viertel (Östliche Vorstadt). Zum Sielwall sind es 5min Fußweg. Dobben 2min. zur Wohnung: Große Fenster, dunkler Laminatboden, frisch gestrichen und möbliert.Die Küche ist seperat, aber nur dürftig von der Ausstattung her. Eigene Waschmaschine vorhanden. Ich biete die Wohnung an zur Untermiete von ca.5.2 bis zum 15.9 da ich beruflich in die Staaten muss. pro Monat 500€ warm (+Strom, war bei mir 15€ im Monat) Kaution 800€. ________________ Wenn sich niemand findet, der in dem zeitraum untermieten kann würde ich die Wohnung im Notfall auch ganz abtreten. Dabei aber einen Abschlag fordern für die Einrichtung,Laminat etc. ICH FREUE MICH AUF EURE ZUSCHRIFTEN BITTE MIT NUMMER UND KURZER BESCHREIBUNG WER IHR SEID :)
