Hallo,
in den Schulferien von 23.7. - 6.9. steht meine schöne Altbau-Wohnung im Viertel (Roonstraße ) zur Verfügung. Sie ist möbliert, hat ein 28 qm großes Zimmer mit Erker, Mini-Bad und Kochnische. Vier Wochen Miete sind Minimum, weil ich meine persönlichen Sachen rausschaffe. Sonst ist alles zum Leben da, inkl. Geschirr, Bettbezug und Handtücher, Waschmaschine befindet sich für alle im Keller. Die Miete kostet 450 Euro warm + Ökostrom 15 Euro pro Monat. Eine Kaution von 500 Euro gehört dazu.
Im Haus leben Studenten aus aller Welt, trotzdem ist es schön ruhig.
Achtung: Vor Schlüsselübergabe muss ein Untermietvertrag gemacht werden und die Miete + Kaution entweder schon überwiesen oder in bar bezahlt werden.
