Die Wohnung ist schön, hell und ruhig gelegen.
Das Badezimmer ist sehr neu und komfortabel.
Auch ein Abstellraum ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Altbau im Erdgeschoss des Hauses. Die Parkmöglichkeit ist toll, man kann direkt vor dem Haus prken und muss nicht unnötig suchen.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist perfekt, zu der nächst gelegenen Bahnstation brauch man nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Dort fahren die Linien 2 und 10. Auch ein Bus, welcher direkt zur Universität fährt ist vorhanden. Man kann in Wall sehr gut Einkaufen, in der Umgebung befinden sich REWE, Netto, LIDL, ALDI und das Walle-Center, diese sind ebenfalls alle innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Falls ihr Haustiere haben solltet, seid ihr hier in Walle sehr gut aufgehoben.
Die Mieter im Haus sind alle sehr nett und Hilfsbereit, also falls ihr mal Hilfe braucht beim Tragen etc. fragt einfach nach, alle sind hier sehr freundlich und offen! Ein Kühlschrank könnte übernommen werden.
