I'm looking for someone to replace my contract and move in February 1, 2020.
A room in a shared room-flat in Galileo Residenz for 405 euros per month. Everything included – internet, heating, electricity, warm water, etc. The room is 17 m2 big, and the bathroom 5 m2.
The flat is fully furnished.
The flat is very well illuminated and spacious, as you can see in the pictures. I'm very clean, so the room is regularly and thoroughly sanitized. Less cleaning for you when you move in.
The laundry room is on the ground floor equipped with all requirements to wash and dry your clothes. You will not need to buy much stuff, since it is equipped with almost everything (vacuum cleaner, kettle, cutlery and other kitchen belongings).
Gated bike storage & personal storage room also included.

Lage
The residence is in front of the University of Bremen, so it is 1-2 minutes away from the University and the Tram stop. It is also 2 minutes walking to cafeteria, mensa, library and a huge nature park.
With tram number 6 you can reach the city center of Bremen in 15 minutes. In the area there is Aldi 5 minutes walking.
WG-Leben
Life is very comfortable in Galileo Residenz, since you have your own room. So I have not had any problems with the noise and my roommate. In addition, other residents do not make parties and life is very comfortable.
