Looking for a 1-room furnished flat.

Ich spreche nur ein bisschen Deutsch...so.. let me write in English instead!!!

I am Ioannis (or John) and I am turning 27 in a few months. I am an international student, and I am writing my MSc thesis at a company here in Bremen. I am currently living in a flatshare but I would really love to move to my own place; this is why I am looking for a 1 room flat.

I can move in on the 15th of September (or a bit earlier if agreed). My placement in the company ends by the end of February; so I would like to move out around this period. (approximately 6 months rental period)

Since I am still a student I would like to keep the budget low (around 380) but I am also open to slightly higher rent offers.

I would be pleased if the apartment has WiFi and a washing machine.
