The flat is located close to the viertel area, very close to the cafes/bars and supermarkets. I am moving from my flat on 1st of june. So ideally i am looking for someone who can move in july but we can also arrange for august.
Electricity and wifi is not included to the warm rent. Currently i am paying 50 eur for electricity and 30 eur for wifi ( but for wifi i am sharing with my neigbor so it is 15 eur).
The flat is also semi furnished. Only white drawers+gardrobe and desk is mine, rest of the furnitures will remain in the flat and cost for the furnitures is already included to the rent.
My landlord would like to make the contract at least for 1 year. Ofcourse you can leave earlier, but then you need to find someone for the flat.
It is also possible to do online view.
