Great apartment in the Downtown of Budapest! - just check the map;)

Why not living in the center of Budapest while staying here? Close to everything, you won't waste the time with travelling!

Even when going home with a night bus after a party: most of the night buses passes 100 m by the flat - dont have to worry about how to get home, and you won’t need to pay for taxis;)

There are all kind of shops near to it, and even there are a lot of 0-24 ones. (Váci street is just next to it where there are lots of nice and different stlyle clothes shops)

Nothing can stop you to have a good time here
--> there is all sort stuff in the flat for your comfort:

- washing machine,
- microwave,
- electrical hot plates,
- electrical oven,
- cutlery, pots, glasses..

But what do you find in the room?

- there is a comfortable double bed
-a desk,
- a chest of drawers,
- a table (that can be folded so that it wont take place at all when you dont need it) and
- a wardrobe

And whats more: the room has two, wide windows facing the street, lookgin at south, therefore you will have sunlight during the day.

A fast internet connection is already counted in the "other costs"!

Almost forget to mention: when you step out the building, just on your left there will be a nice, little parc - well, it's pretty cool to have your morning coffee under a tree..:)

The utilities are around 89 EUR/months all year round (for electricity, water..).
