Skandinavian loft flat in the city center

A centrally located (Klauzal square is only 3 min walk), recently renovated, and completely equipped flat is up for rent for a minimum of 1 month.
Due to the coronavirus situation, we were forced to stop the short term rental of our beloved loft flat and move to mid-term rental.
The flat is brand new, we literally finished the ground-to-ceiling renovation a year ago. It is also fully equipped. The flat includes a super comfy 180*200cm king-size bed, the heating is provided by a brand new gas convector, an 80-liter electric heater generates the hot water and a 6kg washing machine is in place for the laundry.
The flat is ready for the new tenants from the 28th of September.

The fee is 400EUR per month, plus fix 80EUR commodity bills (500MBIT superfast internet, water, electricity, gas, common cost all included), so you don’t have to pay anything extra. You can move in after the signing of an agreement, the pre-payment of the first monthly fee, and the pre-payment of a deposit (which is equivalent to two months of the rental fee).

Ideally, we are looking for 1, but maximum 2 persons as tenants. The residential community of the house and the condition of the flat is extremely important for us, therefore smoking, any drug usage (light or heavy), parties or group events are strictly forbidden in the flat.
