I offer you my 25 square meters studio at the very center of the city, next to Semmelweis, ELTE, and Andrassy University in a nice and calm old building at Gutenberg square which has shops, cafés and a very youthful atmosphere.
The studio has 2 pieces. A hall with a small table next to the door and window and the kitchen. Next to the kitchen there is a small bathroom which has the toilet included.
The other part of the studio is the room which is around 20 square meters and fully equipped (bed, desk, office chair, cupboards, coffee table).
The studio has fast wifi. The price is 450 euros per month fixed with all included (heating, electricity, house service, water, wifi).
