Pretty studio apartment in a nice Art Deco style building. It is on the 2nd floor, quiet. The apartment has been just renovated, it is furnished and has basic cookware, etc. Location is very central, a few minutes from downtown Blaha metro stop and streetcars. It is in close proximity to universities (ELTE, BME, CEU, IBS, McDaniel, Corvinus, Semmelweis, Veterinary, etc.), ideal for international students or workers. There is also excellent public transportation even at night. The pictures don’t reflect all the furniture, because they were taken before the first tenants moved in. There is storage under the stairs and beside the galery, table and chairs in the kitchen and a mattress on the galery.
The utility cost is about 40 euro.
There is a shared flat beside the studio with nice German student girls.
