also die Wohnung ist 5 Minuten von der Corvinus Universität entfernt.
Die Wohnung kostet 250 € kalt. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für eine Person. 1 Minute von der Wohnung entfernt gibt es 4 Nachtbuse und 4 Trams. Die nächste Metro Station ist Kalvin ter (10 Minuten zu Fuß). Da aber nach 23 Uhr keine Metro mehr fährt, sind die Busanbindungen sowieso viel wichtiger :-)
Es gibt auch sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Die Wohnung ist auf 2 Zimmer aufgeteilt. Das Wohnzimmer mit einer Küchenzeile und das Schlafzimmer. Im Schlafzimmer ist ein 1,40 m breites Bett.
Internet gibt es über Kabel und W-Lan. Es ist eine DSL Flatrate. Es gibt auch deutsches Fernsehen in der Wohnung.
Ich habe hier in der Wohnung ein Semester gewohnt und es hat alles wunderbar gepasst. Der Vermieter ist ein deutscher und sehr nett.
Das Auto kann vor der Tür geparkt werden, da dies hier eine sehr sichere Gegend ist.
1 Minute entfernt von der Wohnung ist das Universitäts-Schwimmbad, wobei da der Eintritt vormittags für Student umsonst ist.

It is a small flat, but perfect for one semester. You have 4 Nightbuses & 4 Trams in front of the flat and the next metro Station is Kalvin Tér. The metro station is 10 minutes to walk. But the buses are more interesting, because the metro only works until 11 pm and the buses the whole night ;-)
And also a good thing is, my landlord doesn’t want to have a deposit. :P
