My lovely flat is in the center is a quiet place for studying but also close to pubs, universities, public transport. It's just right next to the red metro, main tram 4-6 and 47-49 and many buses, even at night, the other two metro lines are also just in walking distance.
It's a modern flat with a bedroom (double bed) and wardrobe, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. There is reliable WIFI, washing machine, air conditioner, the kitchen is fully equipped, so you'll have everything needed. You can keep your bicycle safe in a closed area right next to the flat.
The flat itself is very quiet but as soon as you're outside you're in the middle of the nightlife district. So it's good for people who want to have a calm stay and for those as well who want to be in the middle of everything.

The flat is in the 7th district of Budapest which is the so called Jewish district or nightlife center. Metro lines, trams and buses are in walking distance (1-5 mins) but it's possible to walk or bike everywhere if you stay in the center which is very useful, especially at night.
Universities, shopping malls, banks, post etc are also in walking distance.
Semmelweis Uni.: 10 min
Corvinus Uni.: 15 min
ELTE Faculty of Humanities: 6 min
ELTE Faculty of Law: 10 min
and many others are very close.
It's a fully furnished apartment with all the equipment, please see it in the description.
The flat is ideal for 1 person or a couple.
The rent is 500 euros and utilities are paid on top if this. Common cost (including water) is 13280HUF/month and gas + electricity is calculated based on usage every month (average was 10000HUF/month for 2 people to give you an idea.)
