I am renting my studio apartment in the very heart of Budapest. The place is 48 square meters in a nice pre-war building with elevator. The apartment is on the first floor, and despite the central location, it overlooks a nice, quiet street (driving in only with permission, no passing through, parking for residents only).
The studio gets great lighting and has high ceilings. As you enter through the hallway you get to the spacious room which is c. 30 sqm. The bathroom (with tub) and the kitchen are also sizeable.
The apartment is centrally located: the M2/M3 subway is in a few minutes walk. You can get to Astoria and Deak Square quickly by foot.
