Die Wohnung befindet sich an der Andrassy ut, nur wenige Meter von der Metrostation Kodaly körönd entfernt. Sie verfügt über Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer (mit 2 Schlafsofas), Küche, Bad und einen Eingangsbereich. Sie ist vollständig möbliert (sehr guter Zustand der Möbel) und auch eingerichtet (Küchenutensilien, Staubsauger, Bügelutensilien etc.). Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Sie wird über eine Agentur betreut, die sich auf Studenten spezialisiert hat, d.h. bei Fragen, Problemen und Anliegen wird sofort (und auf Englisch) geholfen ohne Zusatzkosten. Schnelles und stabiles W-Lan in der ganzen Whg, zum Haus gehört ein Innenhof mit Gängen (den Teil von der eigenen Whg kann man zum draussen Sitzen nutzen oder sein Fahrrad abstellen). Die Gegend ist absolut sicher und ruhig. Flexible Mietdauer möglich (sonst sind es meist Jahresverträge in Budapest)!
