Wunderschöne Altbauwohnung bei Boscolo Café New York!

Ich verlasse meine wunderschöne Altbauwohnung im VII Bezirk. 
Die Lage ist ideal!
Nur 1 Minute zu Fuß zu 4/6 er Tram bei Wesselenyi und nur 3 Minuten zum Blaha Lujza ter und der Linie M2. 
In maximal 1-3 Minuten ist ein Supermarkt und Drogeriemärkte erreichbar. 
Die Wohnung wurde vor 3 Jahren renoviert und besitzt eine wunderschöne neue Küche mit Spülmaschine und ein tolles Bad inklusive Wasserfall-Dusche.
Die Wohnung ist unmöbliert aber ansonsten hat sie Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Wäscheständer, Bügeleisen, Wischmopp und alles was man so zum putzen braucht. Es gibt auch einen Drucker mit Scanfunktion. Auch ein großer Kühlschrank und ein riesiger PAX-Schrank gehört zum Inventar.   Bei Bedarf kann eine Couch und ein Tisch mit Stühlen noch in die Wohnung gebracht werden es fehlt also eigentlich nur ein Bett :)

I  leave my beautiful old building apartment in the VII district .
The location is perfect.
Only 1 minute walk to 4/6 Tram at Wesselenyi and only 3 minutes to Blaha Lujza and the M2 line
In a maximum of 1-3 minutes a supermarket and Drugstores can be reached .
The apartment was renovated 3 years ago and has a beautiful new kitchen with dishwasher and a great bathroom including waterfall shower .
The apartment is unfurnished but otherwise it has washing machine , dishwasher , clothes horse, iron , mop and everything you need to clean it . There is also a printer with scan function . Also, a large fridge and a huge PAX cupboard is part of the inventory .  If needed a Couch an a table with chairs can be brought to the aparten, there is just no bed.
