Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Gas Herd, Kühschrank, Badewanne, Möbel etc) und für dein Komfort ausgedacht.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr schönen sanierten Altbau Gebaude mit anstaendige, zivilisierte Nachbarn. Die ist im EG, mit 2 grosse Fenster die auf dem ruhigen Innenhof shauen.
Die Wohnung besteht aus Küche/Vorzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit Hochbett (extra 8m2) und Bad (mit Badewanne). Du darfst auch vor der Wohnung drausen im Hof sitzen (Rauchen ist nur da, drausen erlaubt).
Da das Haus sehr Ruhig ist, Party machen oder extra laute beschaeftigungen sind in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt, aber da es in der absolute naehe zahlreiche super möglichkeiten um rauszugeben gibt, wird es auch nicht nötig :)

The apartment is fully equiped and made with love for your comfort. It is located in a beautiful last century house which is in very ggod condition (also renovated) and has civilized neigbours. It is on the ground floor, has 2 big windows facing the courtyard. It has a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room with gallery bed (extra 8m2). You can also sit infront of the flat outside (smoking is only allowed outdoors).
Since the house is very peacefull, it is not allowed partying or beeing extra loud, but since there are many great possibilities very near for going out, there will be no need for this anyway 🙂
Paar Minuten zu Fuss vom Kálvin Platz, Ecke Ráday Strasse (kvazi Spaziergang Zone) und in absoulte Naehe von verschiedene Unis (Andrássy Universitaet, SOTE, BME, Zahnarzt Uni, Corvinus, ELTE, Károli, Pázmány, etc..).
Perfekte Lage, mit laute möglichkeiten und ausgezeichnete Verkehrsanbindungen (24St entlang), und alles was man so braucht ist in paar Minuten reichweite zuFuss. Jeden Tag offene Lebensmittelmarkt und Appotheke am Ecke, viele Cafes und Restaurants im Ráday Strasse fast direkt am Haus, Banken, Park, Donau und grosse Hauptmarkt paar minuten Zu Fuss entfernt.

Perfect location with lots of possibilities and very good 24hour local transport conncetion, few minutes walking distance from everything you might need (big grocery store and pharmacy at the corner), many cafes and restaurants just seconds away, banks, Main Market, green park and the Danube just few minutes away.
Die Besitzerin hat langjaehrige Erfahrung im Wohnung Vermietung für auslaendische (mesietens Deutsche Studenten) Mietern, dem entsprechend locker und flexible damit (komme einmal pro Monat um die Miete und Nebenkosten zu verraechnen und alles besprechen was gebraucht ist) sonst hast du deine Ruhe wie Zuhause. Sie spricht Deutsch und English.
Der/die zukünftige Mieter(in) soll zuverlaessig und anstaendig sein, mit stabiler finanzieller Hintergrund. Möglicherweise auslaendische Student(in) der/die mindestens 1 oder 2 Semmester in Budapest studiert.

The expected former tenant should be a trustworthy, reliable person, possibly a foreign student studiing in BP for at least 1 or 2 Semmester with a stabile financial background.
