Looking for a single apartment as an international student

Hi, my name is Billy. I am 29 years old, male and a British Citizen.

I have included some photos of me, but my dog will not be coming to Germany with me and I do not need an apartment that allows pets.

I will be studying Applied Mathematics at Hochschule Mittweida from September onwards and would like a place to stay in Chemnitz.

I am an open-minded, non-judgemental and friendly person that likes to get along with everyone. I'm a very positive person and always try to have an optimistic attitude.

I like to maintain a clean and tidy living space and respect other people's property.

I always pay rent on time and can prove I am financially stable.

I do not smoke or drink alcohol.

During my stay in Germany, I would like to develop my German language skills. I am working towards A1 German, but it would be nice to practice with native speakers and in return I can help others practice their English skills.
