Da ich mein Studium abbreche, habe ich in dem Studentenzimmer nichts mehr verloren und muss nun einen Nachmieter finden.
Der Vertrag gilt nämlich noch bis zum 31.03.13. Die monatliche Miete beträgt 275 € und alle Kosten sind bezahlt.
Dieses Angebot gilt nur für STUDENTEN.
Das heißt, zwei Monate kann man vorerst dort leben und wenn man will, den Vertrag verlängern oder auch nicht.
Über den Preis dieser zwei Monate können wir reden und natürlich reduzieren.
Alles muss natürlich mit der Hausverwaltung abgeklärt werden.
