Zentral gelegen, Bushaltestelle ca 3 Minuten zu Fuß, Aldi ca 6 Minuten, Edeka ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wlan und Telefon sind schon vorhanden und inklusive.
Küche, Bett (inkl. Lattenrost), Pax-Schrank, Sofa, Regal, Schreibtisch, klappbare kleiner Esstisch, TV-Schrank, Schuhbank und Lampen werden mit vermietet. Keine Waschmaschine vorhanden, Waschsalon ist aber nur 5 Minuten entfernt.
Die Wohnung ist zur Miete auf ein Jahr befristet.
