PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!!

THIS APARTMENT IS BEING SUBLET FOR A LIMITED TIME ONLY. REQUESTS LIKE "CAN I RENT IT FROM AUGUST" ETC WILL BE IGNORED FROM MY SIDE.

I'm gone for approximately 4 weeks travelling. Thats why I want to rent out my apartment during that time. It will be available until end of beginning of July '24.

The apartment is below the roof, has one room on 45 sqm and has a seperate hallway and bathroom. The one room is divided into wardrobe, kitchen area, living and sleeping area.
From one window the Frankfurt skyline is visible on clear days, on two other windows you will have a beautiful view on the daily sunsets.
The kitchen contains an oven, fridge and espresso machine. It is well equipped since I'm pretty ambitious when it comes to cooking.

A washing machine is in the underground. You can also use it if needed.

I'm certainly looking for a person who is fond of plants since I have around 30 plants to take care of. If you're not fond of plants you must be ok with a neighbor of mine coming around 2x a week to take care of them. Of course I can give you instructions of what to do with the plants - communication is the key.

Since I dont want to make money but safe some I just want to charge my monthly rent which is 800 EUR. If needed I can give you an exact calculation of the monthly cost. :)

The apartment is 1min close to Orangerie. The next tramstation is Ludwigshöhstraße or Weinbergstraße, both around 3-5 mins walking distance. Tramway 3 operates here. The next bus station is also Ludwigshöhstraße, Bus R operates here.

Walking distance there is a bakery and a Netto Supermarket, bit more far (also still walking distance) gas station, Aldi, Rewe, DM.

Walking to town in case you miss a tram at night takes depending on exact locations 20- 30 mins.

There will be an Untermietvertrag and I'll take a deposit in case something will be broken etc. Of course this will be refunded if everything is alright.

Rent must be paid weekly in advance.

It's ok for me if you use all the stuff in the kitchen (also speaking about foods like pasta, rice etc) as long as you replace it when you empty it. But we'll talk it through when you decide to rent the place :)
