This bright apartment, thanks to its windows wall, is in the 4th floor, which you can reach by an elevator. It comes with:
a bed and mattress;

There's plenty of storage space. The two heaters work really well and heat the apartment quite rapidly. The water pressure of the shower is great, not too weak nor too strong. The water of both sinks and shower heats really fast and there's not the problem of the hot water ending.
The building has its own laundry room that is open 24/7 with many wash and dry machines. Each washing cycle costs 3€ and each drying cycle costs 2.50€. You can also rent out, FOR FREE, HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES like vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, drying rack, board games, mop and more.

Es gibt viel Stauraum. Die beiden Heizungen funktionieren sehr gut und heizen die Wohnung recht schnell auf. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche ist super, nicht zu schwach und nicht zu stark. Das Wasser von Waschbecken und Dusche erwärmt sich sehr schnell und es gibt nicht das Problem, dass das heiße Wasser endet.
Das Gebäude verfügt über eine eigene, rund um die Uhr geöffnete Waschküche mit vielen Wasch- und Trockenmaschinen. Jeder Waschgang kostet 3€ und jeder Trocknungsgang 2,50€. Sie können auch HAUSHALTSGERÄTE wie Staubsauger, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett, Wäscheständer, Brettspiele, Mopp und mehr KOSTENLOS ausleihen.
The apartment is located in THE FIZZ, a company that offers student housing across Europe. Anyone that is an enrolled STUDENT, TRAINEE or INTERN can live in one of their apartments. The building in Darmstadt has diverse, multifaceted community areas, a generous courtyard, a rooftop terrace and a reception. All of which you can enjoy for free and even bring guests.
The community areas include a very spacious and well equiped COMMUNAL KITCHEN; a COMMUNITY ROOM with a big TV, places to sit and chill and a GAMING AREA; a MOVIE LOUNGE with a projector and a big screen; and 2 STUDY ROOMS.
In the same floor as your apartment's, there is a ROOFTOP TERRACE and in the ground floor, there's a big COURTYARD with garden for you to enjoy. There are also spots where you can park your bike (for free) and, the building has an outdoor and an underground PARKING (subject to fee). The reception receives your packages during opening hours and there's a SECURITY SERVICE on duty at nights and during the weekends.
In terms of location, the apartment is in a really PRIVILEGED LOCATION. 5 minutes walking distance from the nearest bus/tram stop. 12 minutes walking distance from the very centre of the city and from the train station. The building is also located directly IN FRONT OF the HOCHSCHULE Darmstadt and two cafeterias for students. The nearest supermarket is 8 minutes away by foot.
Also, the apartment is located in a really QUIET and PEACEFUL surrounding, you can't hear any noise from the apartment.

Außerdem befindet sich die Wohnung in einer wirklich ruhigen und friedlichen Umgebung, Sie können keinen Lärm aus der Wohnung hören.

You can only find offers for this type of apartment for over 800€. So, my rent is 100€ CHEAPER than the actual rent.

Auch wenn dort steht, dass die Miete am 1. Juni beginnt, können Sie wahrscheinlich schon am 18. oder 19. Mai einziehen, ohne etwas extra bezahlen zu müssen.
