Servus Leute,
die Wohnung liegt in der Innenstadt Darmstadts. Anbindungen also kein Problem. Vermieter akzeptiert ausschließlich Studenten und eine Bürgschaft der Eltern ist unerlässlich.
Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock und umfasst folgendes. Eine neue Küche (halbes Jahr alt), Waschmaschine (halbes Jahr alt und nicht einmal benutzt), Kühlschrank, drei Kommoden, Esstisch plus Stühle, Balkontisch plus Stühle, Balkonregal und Gardinen. Der Abschlag beträgt 2000 Euro. Die Anzeige war bereits online und ich hatte auch potentielle Nachmieter. Leider waren diese nicht ehrlich was ihre Zahlungsfähigkeit anbelangt und der erste März liegt jetzt Nahe.
Wenn wir es also schaffen das alles noch diesen Monat über die Bühne zu bringen kann ich euch mit dem Abschlag etwas entgegengekommen und im besten Fall könnt ihr hier noch vorzeitig einziehen ohne für den Monat Februar Miete zu zahlen. Ich werde voraussichtlich nur auf telefonisch Kontakt reagieren. Gerne per Anruf oder WhatsApp. ----/-------
