Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um eine 1-Zimmerwohnung im 2.OG eines Mehrfahmilenhauses in der Innenstadt von Darmstadt. Die Wohnung ist hell und ruhig. Sie verfügt über einen großen Balkon.
Wir (Ich und meine Ehefrau) sind mit haben keine Mängel an der Wohnung zu beanstanden und würden eigentlich gerne hier wohnen bleiben, jedoch reicht uns die Wohnfläche einfach nicht mehr aus.
Das ganze Haus und die Nachbarn sind sehr sauber und angenehm. Im Haus sind eine Sprach- und Nachhilfeinstitution und eine Rechtsanwaltskanzlei. Der Zugang zum Haus erfolgt durch die Wilhelminenpassage.
