Ich biete mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete ab August 2013 bis Ende Dezember 2013.
Ich bin mir bei der Größe nicht ganz sicher, müssen ca. 20 m2 sein, wahrscheinlich sogar etwas größer.
Die Miete beträgt 340 Euro warm und eine Kaution von 340 Euro.
Ich bin immer ab ca 12 Uhr erreichbar.
Es ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend aber auch nicht zu weit von der Stadtmitte entfernt. Die Haltestelle ist: Heinrichstraße(Linie 3)
Der Fußweg in die Stadtmitte ca. 15 min. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es einen Rewe (ca. 5 min)
Ich meine, dass die Parksituation eher schlecht ist (habe selber kein Auto)
Im Zimmer ist eine Kochnische (2 Platten, Spüle, Kühlschrank, Regal). Eine aufklappbare Schlafcouch, Fernsehtisch, weitere Regale, großer Schrank, Waschmaschine.
Das Bad ist mit Fenster und hat eine Badewanne. Es gibt einen kleinen Eingangbereich.
Das Zimmer ist ein nichtraucher Zimmer und das muss so bleiben.
