The apartment is nice. There are new heating system, a kitchen, a bed and a wardrobe. The floor is laminated. There is a socket where anyone can add washing machine. The apartment is in ground floor but it looks like in first floor as the it was built in a bit higher position.
The apartment is located in the central position. The city centre, all kinds of shopping centre, the fuel or gas station, the city registration office, the washing saloon for cloths, driving schools, the Herren-garten park which is very nice, all are very near to the apartment. The neighbours are also very cooperative.
The bus station and the tram station is very near only 5 minutes walk from the apartment. It needs only 5 minutes by bus or tram to go to the main station. The frequency of the bus or tram very high. There is no problem with the sound of vehicles.
The new tenant has to pay to the current tenant 100 euro for the bed and wardrobe, it is kind of tradition. The kitchen could be free with its freezing system.
