Hallo zusammen,
ich werde zum 1. Mai ein 6 monatiges Praktikum antreten und biete daher meine voll eingerichtete Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete an. Neben all den Möbeln, stelle ich auch meine Küchenausstattung (Töpfe, Pfanne, Teller, Gläser, Besteck, ...) zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung besitzt ein kleines Bad und eine Kochnische mit 2 Herplatten. Waschmaschinen sind im Haus ebenfalls vorhanden.
Bei Fragen könnt ihr euch gerne melden.
Die Wohnung ist im Martinsviertel gelegen. Der Campus Stadtmitte ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls in der nahen Umgebung. Ein Penny ist ca. 5 Minuten entfernt und zu einem großen Rewe ist es nur minimal weiter.
Auf Wunsch kann auch ein Lagerraum im Keller zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Im Preis von 390 € ist alles enthalten (Wasser, Heizung, Strom, Internet, ...)
