Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung. Der Mieter MUSS ein(e) Student(In) sein!
1-Zimmerwohnung/Appartment im Wohnheim Eschollbrücker Str. Hell und relativ groß.
Fenster zeigen nicht auf die Straße, sondern in den Innenhof, also ist es auch bei geöffneten Fenstern im Sommer nicht laut. Eine kleine Küchenzeile (kleiner Kühlschrank, Herd mit 2 Kochfeldern, Spüle) befindet sich im Zimmer. Helles Bad mit großem Spiegel.
Die Gesamtmiete beläuft sich auf ca. 470 Euro, darin ist bereits alles enthalten, inkl. Strom und Internet.
Das Haus befindet sich direkt an der Haltestelle Eschollbrücker Str. Mit Straßenbahnlinie 7 und 8 gelangt man in 4 min zum Luisenplatz, mit der 1 ist man in 6 min am Hauptbahnhof. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 15 min zum Luisenplatz. In direkter Nähe gibt es einen Rewe, einen Getränkemarkt, eine Apotheke, eine Fahrschule, einige Restaurants und einen Dönerladen;)
Es gibt genug Parkmöglichkeiten für PKWs in den umliegenden Straßen, hatte da nie Probleme mit. Motorisierte Zweiräder kann man im Hof abstellen, für Fahrräder gibt es einen abschließbaren Raum im Keller. Ebenso befindet sich ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern im Keller.
Auf Wunsch könnte ich einige Möbelstücke günstig abgeben.
***Eventuell wäre der Einzug schon vor dem 1.12 möglich.
