Hi,
ich suche ab sofort einen Nachmieter für mein Studentenapartment im Fizz Studentenwohnheim. Das Fizz liegt direkt neben der HDA und nur 10 min entfernt vom HBF. Die Lage ist echt perfekt für HDA-Studenten, aber auch zur TU sind es nur 15 min.
Der Preis ist all inklusive, d.h. es gibt keine weiteren Kosten für Internet, Heizung, Wasser, etc.
Die Ausstattung ist neu und modern. Ich bin im Oktober hier eingezogen und war die erste Mieterin. Es gibt eine Küchenzeile, mit Induktionsplatte, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach.
Hier im Haus ist immer was los...perfekt um neue Leute kennenzulernen! Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Sky, Tischtennisplatte, Kicker und Küche, in der oft gemeinsam gekocht wird. Auf der Dachterrasse wird im Sommer gegrillt und auch mal gefeiert.
