Direkt am Riegerplatz im Herzen des Martinsviertels hat man mehrere Ausgehmöglichkeiten. (3 Klang, Pillhuhn, Eisdiele...) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 2 x der Rewe ca. 5-10min zu Fuß und ein Penny 5min.
Die Lage und die Aussicht vom Balkon sind sehr schön.
Die Wohnung kostet 520 € Miete + 65€ Strom + Heizung
